Content Description

The Dusty Wheel Show is a weekly, live, call-in, Wheel of Time Talk show on YouTube. We do live adaptations of the books, one on one interviews, round table variety game shows with content creators, live theory discussions and deep dives into Wheel of Time mysteries, and we collaborate with a myriad of content creators. Of course, we cover Wheel of Time news from time to time, but lots of other channels already do that well. Curious yet?

We've already interviewed Brandon Sanderson, Rafe Judkins, and Sarah Nakamura, WoT TV consultant and friend. You should go check those out!

Creator Bio

The Dusty Wheel Show's name comes from "Towers of Midnight", Chapter 31, Into the Void, where The Dusty Wheel Inn, located in Caemlyn, is the best place to share rumors. Owned by Innkeeper Hatch, that's me, is "a meeting place for the greatest theoretical thinkers in Andor." True to form, it was based off the real world Wheel of Time community, Theoryland.com and, me, its founder and host of this channel, Matt Hatch. When I heard that Amazon was creating a Wheel of Time TV Show, and after realizing that there was a vibrant Wheel of Time community on YouTube thanks to Daniel Greene and Nae'blis, I decided to create The Dusty Wheel Show.

I started reading the books in the early 90's right before "The Great Hunt" was published, and joined online fandom in 1998. Then, once Brandon Sanderson was selected to finish the series, I was invited to be a beta reader for "Towers of Midnight" and "A Memory of Light", and I have since participated as a beta reader, when invited, for Brandon's books. Also, I'm a member of the Board of Directors for JordanCon, a non-profit organization that runs a Science Fiction/Fantasy literature convention founded in honor of Robert Jordan.
